Returns & Exchanges

At EliteFTS, we stand by our strength equipment and apparel; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require an exchange or a refund.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included, then clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Processing

    Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
