At elitefts, we have refused to let 2020 turn things upside down. This doesn't mean it's been easy, without challenge or change. It's brought out our shortfalls and strengths and has impacted every part of our operation—on all levels. It's moving us forward in ways we didn't expect, and in some ways, we still don't understand. We like to think of this as a large tilt forward—represented in our logo with an X. 

 

Simply put, the + fell forward to an X.
